“There is a growing epidemic of loneliness. Over 300 million people do not have a single friend.” Quoted from the book, Blind Spot, by Jon Clifton, CEO of Gallup.

That’s a staggering number. It’s just under the entire population of the Unites States (331 million) for perspective…without a single friend. This number comes from recent research by the Gallup organization, interviewing people in over 140 countries. So, it certainly is reliable.

To us, this type of existence sounds like a living hell on earth. Our primary purpose statement, “Don’t’ Battle Alone,” is a direct attack on that condition. No one should have to live that way. It does, however, require a two-way interaction. First, someone to be willing to enter this arena (we are) and someone willing to engage in the fight to resolve this situation.

Maybe your situation isn’t not having a single friend, but not having someone to relate to that will accept you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. A conversation where it’s okay to not be okay.

Our Life and Mental Health Coaching addresses just such a situation. We don’t have all the answers, but we are willing to walk with you to find them.

Reach out to us. Don’t battle alone.
